Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your The Mayfair Group pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Option
Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original mailer, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed and confirmed via email.
